简要规则描述:书院镇居民区、行政村、单位、沿街商铺等范围内开展2025-2026年度书院镇生活垃圾分类实效测评服务项目。(具体要求详见采购文件内采购需求。)

Brief Specification Description: The 2025-2026 annual service project for effectiveness evaluation of domestic waste classification in Shuyuan Town will be carried out within the scope of residential areas, administrative villages, institutions, and street-front shops in Shuyuan Town. (For specific requirements, please refer to the procurement needs in the procurement documents.)

合同履约期限:本项目服务期限自2025年10月1日起至2026年9月30日止

The Contract Period: The service period of this project shall start from October 1, 2025 and end on September 30, 2026.

二、申请人的资格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

4)扶持中小企业、促进残疾人就业政策:落实预留份额措施,****点击查看政府采购中的份额,支持中小企业发展:本项目是专门面向中小企业采购,评审时,中小企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Policy on mandatory procurement of energy-saving products: Mandatory procurement shall be made for the items marked with "★" in the energy-saving product list published by the state.
Policy on encouraging energy conservation: Under the same conditions of indicators such as technology and service, priority shall be given to the procurement of products included in the energy-saving product list published by the state.
