简要规则描述：本项目拟通过竞争性磋商的方式选取一家合格供应商进**镇垃圾分类29个投放点专项更新，8个投放点微更新。项目主要内容包括：垃圾厢房室内装修改造、外墙修缮、屋面防水等。（具体数量及要求详见图纸及工程量清单）

Brief Specification Description: In this project, it is planned to select a qualified supplier through competitive negotiation to carry out 29 special updates and 8 micro-updates of waste sorting sites in Tang Zhen. The main contents of the project include: indoor decoration and renovation of garbage wing, external wall repair, roof waterproofing, etc. (See drawings and bill of quantities for specific quantity and requirements)

合同履约期限：工期要求：施工工期90日历天（计划开工日期：2025年09月10日）

The Contract Period: Duration requirements: the construction period is 90 calendar days (planned commencement date: September 10th, 2025).

二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）须系我国境内依法设立的法人组织；
（4）建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；
（5）具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
（6）拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
（7）业绩要求：无；
（8）其他要求：无。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person organization established in China according to law; (4) Grade III or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects; (5) Having a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person-in-charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in construction engineering, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person-in-charge of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements: None; (8) Other requirements: None.
